About Pho Wok

Tucked away at 5125 Community Center Dr, right by the Air Force Academy in Colorado, lies a hidden gem that will whisk taste buds off to an Asian culinary adventure. Pho Wok exudes a down-to-earth vibe that immediately welcomes patrons, making them feel relaxed and ready to indulge in a unique gastronomic journey.

This Asian restaurant, with its eclectic menu, offers a little something for everyone. Fans of Vietnamese cuisine will be thrilled to find a rich, flavorful pho that rivals any found on the bustling streets of Hanoi. The broth is a melody of spices and simmered meats, boasting the kind of depth that only comes from long, loving preparation. Pair it with a fresh, crispy roll appetizer or indulge in a bowl of vermicelli salad, full of vibrant vegetables and punchy herbs, for a light yet satisfying meal.

In the mood for something a bit more adventurous? Try the chef's special wok creations. Each dish is a delightful exploration, presenting a spectrum of flavors and textures with every bite. The sizzling sound of scalding woks and enticing aroma fills the air, creating an irresistible invitation to sample dishes such as the spicy Szechuan stir-fry or the savory, thick-sauced pad see ew. Among the contenders, the sweet and savory sesame chicken stands out, deliciously crispy and perfectly glazed. Fried rice variations also grace the menu; an ideal accompaniment to any main dish.

Pho Wok's location might seem unexpected, situated in the quieter climes of a community center area, but it's this very setting that adds to its charm. Nestled amidst the serene backdrop of Air Force Academy, dining here offers not just a feast for the palate, but a refreshing escape from the daily hustle and bustle. The easy parking and accessibility further enhance the appeal, making it a convenient stop for a midday meal.

As echoed in numerous reviews, humans and appetites have spoken. Patrons extol the friendly service, prompt attention, and of course, the memorable flavors that keep many coming back for more. Indeed, the authentic taste and thoughtful presentation speak volumes about the care that goes into each dish. One might find not just a meal here, but an experience to savor and relish over.

In essence, Pho Wok deftly bridges the gap between comfort and excitement, making it a cozy refuge for anyone looking to satiate their cravings with a touch of Asian flair. Whether it's for a quiet lunch or a vibrant dinner, this restaurant offers nourishment for both body and spirit.

We are pho connoisseurs! The pho noodles tasted old. The spring rolls were bland and the fish sauce was not seasoned. The dumplings were soggy and 1/2 cooked and the dipping sauce was soy sauce...not good! I'm sorry Pho Wok, do better.

This place used to be a Burger King. It’s finally been repurposed as Pho Wok. I had the sesame chicken and it was great. Crispy but not too crispy and a little sweet. Rice was a bit watery for my liking but tasted fine. I’m glad there is now a food option near the community center. I’ll have to try the pho this winter. Service was great. Friendly people.

For some reason this place gets a bad rep, but their service and food is delicious! Being in Japan for 4 years, I fell in love with Asian cuisine and this is a close alternative to good food from overseas. Eat there about once every 2 weeks. The price is about fair compared to what you would pay off base.

I come every week, and it’s always a great spot for some tasty food! Boba is a must as well! Highly recommend. The owners are always very sweet!
